The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 89 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section (s) 389, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(A)(E), 70 of the I.T. Act.

It has been submitted that petitioner is the sonin-law of the informant. The instant case has been filed against this petitioner because of filing divorce case against him by his wife. It has further been submitted that one of the co-accused Rahul Kumar @ Rahul has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 2683 of 2017 on 25.01.2017.

No.7425 of 2017 (2) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 From the allegation in the written report, it appears that this petitioner uploaded the name, identity and photographs of the family members of the informant on internet. On 11.08.2016, the informant received a call from the mobile number as mentioned in the written report on his mobile by which someone gave threat and demanded rupees two lacs. It is also alleged that informant learnt on 17.08.2016 that co-accused Rahul Kumar has provided all the information and photographs of his family members to this petitioner.

Considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner, the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, above named, within six weeks from today in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 89 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri-on-Sone, Rohtas, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
