In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 48 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 353, 379, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been alleged that these petitioners called one day Dharna on 05.03.2019 and when the informant went to the office, at about 1:00 P.M., they started speaking filthy language and they compelled the government official to leave the office, accordingly they left the officer and whereafter Dukhan Ram,

No.43291 of 2019(2) dt.15-07-2019 2/2 Munarik Ram, Jaihinta Devi, Basant Ram along with 30-40 male and female members of Bhakpa Male Kamunist Party entered into the chamber with different weapons, ransacked, damaged the CCTV camera and also they took away the government Laptop from the office.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners and accordingly their prayer for bail is rejected. However, if they surrender and pray for regular bail, the court below will take decision in accordance with law.
