2. In terms of order dated 13.02.2018, 4th supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 4, in which the stand is that payments have been made as per admissiblility and also recommendation has been sent for decision on final pension.

3. In view thereof, the writ petition having served its purpose, stands disposed off.

4. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are no detailed chart/calculation enclosed so as to enable him to be satisfied with regard to the entire dues having been paid by the authorities. The Court finds such contention to be justified.

5. Accordingly, let detailed calculation chart with regard to payment made under each head be provided to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before respondent no. 10. Upon receipt of the same, if the petitioner finds that there is any error, he may represent within four weeks thereafter before the respondent no. 10. If such a representation is filed, respondent no. 10 shall look into the matter and get it verified from the records and pass a reasoned order within the next four weeks. If it transpires that any further amount is required to be paid to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to him within the next four weeks.

Upon cursorily going through the 4th supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 5 today, the Court finds that though the pension order has been issued by the office of the Accountant General, the authority issued on 27.03.2018 shows that pension amount has been fixed with effect from 01.02.2000. The Court would only observe that with effect from 2007 as well as 2017, there have been subsequent revisions which do not seem to be

Patna High Court CWJC No.13538 of 2015 dt.11-04-2018 3/3 reflected in the order. The Accountant General is, thus, directed to look into the matter and if necessary issue clarification or fresh Pension Payment Order within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by him.
