2 This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur PS Case No 171 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 302, 201/34 of the IPC.
3 The allegation against the petitioner in the FIR is that he was member of group of persons, who were involved in cremating the dead body.
4 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is

No.43435 of 2026(2) dt.14-07-2026 2/2 further submitted that the petitioner is uncle of husband of deceased and is in now way connected with the family affairs of the husband of deceased. It is also submitted that even otherwise in the FIR, he has not been attributed any role which occasioned the death of the daughter of the informant. 5 The learned counsel for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6 Having considered the rival submissions, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7 Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sitamarhi in Runnisaidpur PS Case No 171 of 2023 subject to all conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS 8 This application is allowed.
