The petitioners seek bail in Jainagar P.S. Case No. 197 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 13.5 litres of Nepali liquor kept in bag with one Motorcycle has been recovered from possession of the petitioners. The Motorcycle belongs to petitioner No. 1.

Petitioners are in custody since 14.4.2019 having clean antecedent.

Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 2nd, cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani, in connection with Jainagar P.S.
