The petitioner seeks bail in Kesariya P.S. Case No. 216 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 413, 414 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a), 32, 41(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

558 liters & 540 ml. of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from a tractor and this petitioner was apprehended on spot.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 30.06.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
