ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State A show cause has been filed by the opposite party nos. 3 to 5 stating that in pursuance of the order passed by the Writ Court, the matter was taken by the Commissioner and also the District Magistrate and after due consideration of the matter, the same was referred to CDPO for Mapping. Thereafter, the mapping has also been done. The District Magistrate while holding an enquiry has found the cases of both the parties, being the petitioner as well as the opposite party No. 3- Pinky Devi, to be without any merit and has rejected the respective cases.

Having perused the show cause and on

Patna High Court MJC No.1246 of 2015 (6) dt.15-01-2018 consideration of all facts and circumstances, this Court finds that there has been substantial compliance of the order passed by the writ Court. The contempt application stands dismissed.
