JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-02-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,406,467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner being the covillager of the informant persuaded the informant and another co villager to get their wards employed in CISF on payment of four lacs rupees. Rupees two lacs was to be give as advance and two lacs after joining the service. Consequently, the informant paid four lacs rupees. Thereafter the joining letter came through posts and when both the boys went to join the service they were caught and it was found that joining letters were forged. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8566 of 2016 (2) dt.23-02-2016 2/2 that similarly situated co accused Arun Kumar Rai has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 43782 of 2013. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that FIR reflects that the thrust of accusation is against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 5 of 2013 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Bhojpur at Ara.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
