Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 27.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 41369 of 2017.

The petitioner has not surrendered in the court below after rejection of his anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 27.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 41369 of 2017. This Court is not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application.

Therefore, the second anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks and make prayer for regular
