The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 183 of 2020 dated 14.07.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 379, 307, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

A dispute arose regarding scraping of grass for feeding cattle. So far as the petitioners are concerned, they are said to have assaulted one Dharmendra and misbehaved with a female member of the house. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the accusation is absolutely false. Simple

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3651 of 2021(2) dt.26-08-2021 2/2 injury has been received by the victim of this case. There is a counter version of the occurrence as well. It appears that because of some dispute over cutting of grass, the parties fought amongst each other and both sides filed cases against each other.

In the aforesaid background facts, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- 1st , Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 183 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. While saying so, the Court has also taken note of the fact that the petitioners are persons of clean antecedents.
