2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Sigaudi P.S. Case No. 31 of 2023 registered under section 328 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is said to have assaulted the deceased and killed her. In post-mortem report no anti-mortem injuries have been found. During the investigation, the independent witnesses have said that the deceased committed suicide by consuming poison. The deceased has two children. The petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur in connection with Sigaudi P.S. Case No. 31 of 2023.
