2. The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 27 of 2026, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(2), and 351(3) of the B.N.S.S.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has taken an amount of Rs. 1,30,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty Thousand) from the informant on the pretext of sending him abroad through illegal means.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and there is no documentary proof on record to show the alleged transaction or giving of money. However, it is submitted that without prejudice to his rights and contentions, the petitioner is ready to

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, especially the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to refund the disputed amount, and the concession agreed upon, this Court is inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Siwan, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, and further subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay the amount of Rs. 1,30,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty Thousand) to the informant at the time of furnishing his bail bonds.
