The petitioner seeks bail in Parasi P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 387 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that altercation took place between two groups at the sand ghat. It is further alleged that police arrived at the place of occurrence. Petitioner along with co-accused Mukesh Singh have been arrested. On search, two live cartridges have been recovered from pocket of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 1.4.2019 having clean antecedent.
