2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 356 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, informant alleged that on 27.05.2024, when the informant was going home after withdrawing money, two persons riding on a motorcycle snatched the bag of money and fled away. During investigation, the stolen money was recovered from the house of this petitioner.
