No. 1418 of 2015 has been complied with inasmuch as in compliance thereof, an order dated 04.12.2015 has been passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Daudnagar.

In view of the aforesaid, the present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 04.12.2015, if so advised.
