JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 03.11.2012 issued vide memo no. 2591 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Mahnar, Vaishali by which the licence of the petitioner being licence no. 72/2007 granted under the provisions of P.D.S. Order for carrying on business under Public Distribution System has been cancelled and/or the learned Collector, Vaishali may be directed to dispose of the PDS Appeal being Appeal No. R 208/2012-13 at the earliest.

2. Mr. Sanjiv Sharan, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that as PDS Appeal being Appeal No. R 208/2012-13 of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6809 of 2015 dt.09-08-2018 2/2 petitioner has already been disposed of by order dated 16.07.2016 during the pendency of the writ petition and hence, the same need not be pressed.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of.
