Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s). " (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to restore the names of 102 persons in Electoral List of Ward No. 10 of Gram Panchayat, Asarhi whose names have been transferred in electoral list of ward no.9 of Gram Panchayat, Asarhi which is more than 1 and 1/2 Km. From the residential house of 102 persons and out of them some are elected ward member of ward No. 10 as well as Secretary of School Education Committee situated in ward no. 10 but
Patna High Court CWJC No.2624 of 2021 dt.29-06-2021 2/2 under politically motivated manner the names of these 102 persons have been inserted in electoral list/register of ward no. 9 from ward no.10.
(ii) Further for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to take a judicious decision over the representation filed by the petitioner along with other 102 persons before the respondent no.4 on 18.06.2020 which has been filed for restoration of their respective names in electoral list/registered of ward no.10 from ward no.9.
(iii) Further for issuance of any other writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for which petitioner shall be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case."
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
