2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the F.I.R., this petitioner along with other named accused persons assaulted informant. It is further alleged that this petitioner also snatched gold chain and mobile of informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to enmity. Further submission is that allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Rest of the allegations are ornamental in nature. Injuries allegedly caused

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 286 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
