The State of Bihar, reported in (2017) 5 SCC 383, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent District Programme Officer(Establishment), Madhubani to examine the case of the petitioner strictly in accordance with principle laid down by the Apex Court in Mukesh (Supra) and take final decision within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
