2. With the consent of all the parties this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the relief as claimed in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed representation before the District Magistrate-cum-District Programme Coordinator, Aurangabad

Patna High Court CWJC No.10868 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/3 which is annexed as Annexure P/1 to the writ application.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if an appropriate direction is issued to the District Magistrate-cum-District Programme Coordinator, Aurangabad to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a fixed time frame after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents do not have any objection.

6. Taking into account the formal nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is being disposed of directing the District Magistrate-cumDistrict Programme Coordinator, Aurangabad to dispose of the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P/1) after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.

7. The final order which shall be passed by the District Magistrate-cum-District Programme Coordinator, Aurangabad shall be reasoned and speaking order.

8. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed of.
