The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case no. 222 of 2015, registered under Sections 341, 323 & 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation of informant, Abhisekh Anand Panjiara is that due to land dispute, on 14.09.2015, this petitioner along with his wife Anita Devi and his two sons Sonu and Chhotu Panjiara caused assault to him and his mother.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the step brother of the informant and due to family dispute, the occurrence of Marpit took place in between the parties in which petitioner's side also sustained injury regarding which Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 221 of 2015 was instituted against the informant and others
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6347 of 2017 (3) dt.10-04-2017 2/2 of this case. Moreover, the injuries found on the person of informant are simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No.222 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
