2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Tajpur (Halai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 656 of 2023 dated 06.11.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, three unknown miscreants came on motorcycle and entered the office of C.S.P. They looted Rs. 1,50,000/- at the point of gun and fled away.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the

The petitioner is not named in the FIR but his name has been surfaced on the basis of photo of C.C.T.V. camera as mentioned in Para-17 of the case diary, it has come that the motorcycle used in the occurrence was looted motorcycle which was looted by this petitioner and one Kundan Kumar. The petitioner has seven criminal antecedents in which he is on bail in five cases as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur (Halai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 656 of 2023, with a condition:- (i). The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bond of the petitioner will liable to be canceled.
