The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 325, 307, 379, 354, 354(A), 313 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation of commission of injury, at the head of different persons, is against several other named accused persons. Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault with lathi. Further allegation of commission of theft is against others. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty
