The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Gogri P. S. Case No. 286/2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 353, 153 (A), 188, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that on 24.10.2015 when the Muharram procession was going on, some people from Hindu Community created disturbance, consequently, the informant being BDO and others were deputed on the spot.Thereafter,the accused persons subsequently looted the chicken shop of Md. Munna and Md. Naushand and they tried to assault the newspaper correspondent. The accused persons also ransacked the bangles

Learned counsel for the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. and one Md. Tawarak of Jamalpur filed a written report disclosing the name of total 36 persons including the petitioners and 150 unknown persons. Moreover, four other persons, whose names were also disclosed as Navin Kumar Arua @ Navin Chandra Arya, Arun Sharma, Baiju Sharma and Bijan Das @ Bijan Das have already been allowed anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 6462 of 2016 dated 10.02.2016. Further submission is that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today before the Court below be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs, 10,000/- ( ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learnedShri Brajesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Khagaria in Gogri P. S. Case No. 286/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
