2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 13.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55261 of 2023 whereby this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner contended that despite bail granted to the petitioner, he could not surrender and furnish bail bonds before the court below within the time stipulated in order dated 13.09.2023, due to communication gap between the lawyer and the petitioner.

4. Be that as it may, let the period stipulated for surrendering and furnishing bail bond by the petitioner before

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54731 of 2024(2) dt.09-08-2024 2/2 the court below be extended for a further period of four weeks from today with the same terms and conditions.

5. The order dated 13.09.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55261 of 2023 stands modified to the extent indicated hereinabove.

6. The present modification application stands allowed.
