2. Petitioner seeks bail who is in custody since 23.05.2023 in connection with Khagaria (Muf.) P.S. Case No. 711 of 2021, F.I.R. dated 08.09.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act 2018.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with the liberty to file a fresh application.
