JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2022 The petitioner by way of this writ petition assails the appointment made as a panchayat teacher 2006 of respondent no.9 on the ground that the petitioner possessed higher marks than the respondent no.9.

It is stated that she applied at that relevant time but was not considered. The petitioner did not raise grievance before any forum for the last fifteen years. This writ petition appears to have been filed on the basis of the Inspector's report

Patna High Court CWJC No.16582 of 2021(2) dt.18-08-2022 2/2 dated 05.02.2021. The investigation by the police inspector was conducted on the basis of orders in P.I.L. However the said report would not create a right in favour of the petitioner for appointment as she herself did not take up any grievance before any competent authority.

In view thereof, it is a case of gross latches and delay on the part of the petitioner.

Accordingly, this writ petition is devoid of merit and is accordingly dismissed.
