This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32093 of 2021 by which the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that the period of surrender granted vide order dated 08.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32093 of 2021 may be extended by further four weeks as the petitioner was admitted to the hospital at Gujarat and, therefore, and for that reason he could not

In view of the submission, let the period of surrender be extended by further one week from the date of receipt/production of the order. Accordingly, the order dated 08.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32093 of 2021 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
