JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 192 of 2016, G.R. No. 510 of 2016 registered under Sections 323, 363, 366-A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation, in brief, is that the son of the petitioner has enticed away the daughter of the informant.

It is submitted that the petitioner is father of Basant Kumar and specific allegation against the petitioner is that when the informant went to enquire about his daughter, then he was abused by him; except that there is no any allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Sonalal Rai @ Sonalal Pd. Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two
