Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Karakat P.S. case no. 243/17 instituted for the offence under Section under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
In the written report there is specific allegation levelled by the informant that co accused Krishna Sah @ Bhuletan Kumar has taken away the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage. It is further alleged that these petitioners, who are father and mother of co accused Krishna Sah @ Bhuletan Kumar, has also helped him in abducting the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14460 of 2018(3) dt.26-04-2018 2/3 daughter of the informant.
The case diary has been received. Learned APP after perusing the case diary submits that mere suspicion has been raised against these petitioners that they have helped Krishna Sah in taking away the daughter of the informant. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Karakat P.S. case no. 243 of 2017, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Bikramganj, Rohtas subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
