JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-consideration of his case for compassionate appointment.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that in the present case the Writ Court should not issue any positive direction. However, considering the compassion, he admits that in case the petitioner approaches the concerned Managing Committee of the School which is supposed to take final decision in the matter, the Managing Committee will

In the aforesaid backdrop, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an exhaustive representation before the respondent-Managing Committee which shall consider the case of the petitioner sympathetically and take final decision within a reasonable period.
