As per the statement made in the supplementary affidavit, Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph 3 of the main petition in course of the day.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 366(A), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons induced the daughter of the informant to solemnize the marriage with the petitioner and took her away.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 43742 of 2019(2) dt.16-07-2019 2/2 the petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The victim girl has been examined under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. There is no allegation of any sexual or physical harassment made by the petitioner. The petitioner and the victim had eloped for the purpose of marriage.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IV, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dariyapur P.S. case No.87 of 2019.
