2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rail GRP Darbhanga (Jaynagar) P.S. Case No. 105/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379/414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing theft of mobile and he is in jail since 23.03.2024.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Railway, Samastipur/ concerned court in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56895 of 2024(3) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 with Rail GRP Darbhanga (Jaynagar) P.S. Case No. 105/2023, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be his mother.

5. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Khajauli police station on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
