Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 302, 114 and 120(B) of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel submits that the main allegation is against one Lalu Sahni, who is alleged to have murdered the informant's son as his wife was having illicit relationship with the informant's son. Petitioners have been summoned under Section 319 Cr. P.C. to face trial.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
