The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 185 of 2021 registered for the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)A, 26 of the arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and allegation is of recovery of loaded countrymade pistol along with motorcycle and when the pistol was unloaded two live cartridges was found.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, no arms was recovered from his possession and so far as

The learned APP opposes the bail application. Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2021, is a person with clean antecedent, chargesheet has been submitted in the case the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 185 of 2021.
