2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on last occasion the prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected through Cr. Misc. No. 33101 of 2023 vide order dated 11.07.2023, and nine month time was given to ld. trial court as to conclude the trial but till date the trial is pending which is one of the reason for pressing the present bail application.

3. Considering the submission, let a report regarding the stage of trial be called for from the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge IIIrd, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 478 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47954 of 2024(2) dt.31-08-2024 2/2 2022, which be made available to this Court positively by next date of hearing.
