This review application has been filed for review of order dated 16.11.2016 passed by this Court in Civil Miscellaneous No.284 of 2016.

It appears that by order dated 16.11.2016, which is sought to be reviewed, the matter has been remanded to the court below for passing a fresh order according to law after hearing both the parties.
