Mr.Sri Rajendra Singh Shastriji ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 This application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P.no.2 and 3, vide order dated 27.3.2018 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Gaya in ABP No.246 of 2018. O.P.nos. 2 and 3 happen to be husband of the petitioners and ground for cancellation of the bail is that they are threatening the petitioners in this case after release and as such they have prayed for cancellation of bail of the O.P.nos. 2 and 3.

Heard learned APP , learned counsel for the informant and perused the impugned order from which it appears that on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27861 of 2018(5) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 considering the materials available on the record as well as the fact that the petitioners are not ready to reside with O.P.no.2 and 3, anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners and now a plea has been taken that they are threatening the informant but no any substantive case has been filed or a complaint case has been filed nor there is any report of the police Considering the above, I find no merit in this application. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) chn/- U T
