2. The petitioners, four in number, who are Headmasters of the government middle schools in the State of Bihar, have filed this writ petition praying for a payment of matric trained pay scale from the date of leaving the teacher training institution.

In this regard, it has been stated that a representation dated 09.06.2025 (Annexure P/8 to the writ petition) has been filed before the respondent No.7 - the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gaya which has not yet been considered by the respondent No. 7- the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gaya.
4. Under the circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioners has submitted that this writ petition may be disposed off at this stage itself with a direction to the respondent No.7 - the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gaya to dispose off the representation filed by the petitioners.
5. To the aforesaid prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned State counsel has no objection.
6. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is hereby disposed off at this stage itself with a
