The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sathi P.S. Case No. 34 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273, 308, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.
It is alleged that illicit liquor was recovered from the house of all the accused persons. It has further been alleged that petitioners were indulging in manufacturing illicit liquor.
In such circumstance, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. The prayer of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7402 of 2017 (2) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 petitioners for anticipatory bail is rejected. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 34 of 2016 and seek regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed off on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court. (Sanjay Priya, J) Shageer/- U T
