2. This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Chenari P.S. Case No. 309 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, dead body of the informant's son was found and subsequently during investigation has come that the petitioner had conspired to get her husband killed with the aid of 4-5 persons.

4. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
