The petitioner seeks bail in Bihta P.S. Case No. 302 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 354D, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 66C and 67 I.T. Act, 2000.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 22.3.2019.
It is alleged in the written report that daughter of the informant used to go to the house of petitioner to attend her coaching class. During course of teaching, the petitioner sometime used to talk vulgar words with the daughter of informant. He made some obscene pictures and Videos of her and uploaded the same in Mobile Phone and Facebook. He also

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Police seized the laptop and Mobile phone of the petitioner but nothing has been found loaded. He has been falsely implicated in the instant case.
Petitioner is in custody since 22.3.2019 having clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur, in connection with Bihta P.S.
