2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 64 of 2020 dated 11.03.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 332, 353, 337, 338, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, the FIR named accused persons along with some unknown persons had attack the police party.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of evidence collected against the petitioner. He has been falsely implicated in the present case with general and omnibus allegation. No specific overt act has been attributed to him. Altogether 35 persons and 40 to 50 unknown persons have been made accused in this case.

5. It therefore appears, it has been argued, that the implication of the petitioner is because of some mistake of fact.

6. This Court has also been shown two orders by which approximately 23 accused persons of this case on similar footing have been granted anticipatory bail.

7. Considering the afore-noted facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his

No.48751 of 2024(2) dt.12-07-2024 3/3 furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Siwan, in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 64 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
