2. The present application is filed for modification of the order dated 28.11.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No.5197 of 2020, which came to be disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority/State Appellate Authority within a period of one month.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that since the rule regarding recruitment of Panchayat Teachers have been framed in the year 2023, by which the State Appellate Authority has been struck down but, later on, it came to be restored by a decision of the learned Division Bench of this Court; in the meanwhile, one month period extended to the petitioner to approach before the State Appellate Authority also came to an end; hence, the present modification application.

4. In view of the submissions advanced at the Bar, the present application stands allowed.

5. Two weeks' further time is extended to the

Patna High Court MJC No.2190 of 2025(3) dt.29-08-2025 3/3 petitioner to ensure filing of the appeal before the State Appellate Authority, in terms with the liberty granted by this Court.
