2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 78 of 2023 for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 376(AB) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the POCSO Act lodged on 17.08.2023 by the informant, Sona Devi.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that the petitioner forcibly took the minor daughter to the field and committed rape. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. Though learned counsel for the petitioner tried to impress upon this Court that he has been framed, the case diary that has come has recorded the statement of the victim girl who is mere nine years of age and she has supported the prosecution

5. Considering the kind of allegation that has come against the petitioner duly supported by the minor victim girl, no case of bail is made out.
