2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No. 615 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is involved in the teasing of a minor girl.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 7.4.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47386 of 2024(2) dt.10-07-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIth-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Buxar in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 615 of 2023.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Brahmpur Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court regularly. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.

9. At the time of furnishing the bail bonds, the petitioner will also give an undertaking that he will not threaten the girl or her family members and will not harass the girl in any way. If he is found involved in any such activity, his bail bonds shall be cancelled forthwith.
