After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have filed several representations before the respondent no.2 but till date no order has been passed. 3.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.2 within two weeks' along with a copy of this order and other documents in support of their claim and the respondent no.2 shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks' by way of passing a speaking and reasoned order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
