The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 684 of 2014 lodged for the offences punishable under Sections 406,420 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has not been named in the FIR rather the named accused, Raju Sah has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 09.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14789 of 2015.

Having heard both sides and in view of the above fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9980 of 2017 (2) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 surrender in the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 684/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
With following conditions :
(i) Both the bailors of the petitioner shall be local persons having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court.
(ii) The petitioner shall co-operate in the investigation and assist the police and make himself available as and when required by the police. (iii) If any further incriminating material comes against him during the course of investigation, the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
