The petitioner seeks confirmation of bail in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 172 of 2021 lodged under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 20.04.2022 provisional bail has been granted in this case to the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that in compliance of order dated 20.04.2022, he has filed a supplementary affidavit giving details of owner of the vehicle as to how he is connected with the trade of liquor, name of the person for whom the petitioner was working and where the liquor was to be transported. The said supplementary affidavit is on record.
