Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as opposite party no. 2 have jointly submitted before this Court that out of court settlement has taken place between the parties and now they are not interested in contesting this issue of maintenance and further that the opposite party no. 2 has already solemnized another marriage and is residing at Pune.

In these circumstances, it has been submitted that none of the parties are interested with either pursuing this revision application or contesting it otherwise. Learned counsel for the State is also present.
